How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Settings page inside the app. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your conversations and memories are preserved for 30 days after cancellation on the free plan. You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access. We never delete your data without notice.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the login page and tap Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Can I use Chaegim on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account works across all your devices. Sign in with the same email address and your conversations and memories will be available everywhere.
How do I delete my account and data?
Visit chaegim.com/delete-account or go to Settings inside the app and select Delete account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days. If you need help, email [email protected] with the subject line Delete my account.
I subscribed through the App Store. How do I manage my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find Chaegim and tap it to change or cancel your subscription. Apple controls billing for App Store subscriptions.
My voice journalling is not working. What should I do?
Make sure Chaegim has microphone permission in your device settings. On iOS go to Settings > Chaegim > Microphone. If the issue persists, email [email protected] with your device model and iOS version.
Is Chaegim a replacement for therapy?
No. Chaegim is an AI accountability partner for adults who want honest self-reflection and accountability. It is not a medical device and is not a replacement for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
